Responsibilities
- Assist Pharmacists: Prepare and package medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Patient Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions regarding prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals.
- Prescription Processing: Accurately enter patient information, verify insurance details, and process refill requests.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure medication safety and compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
