Responsibilities
- Assist the Pharmacist in the dispensing process, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Prepare and package prescription medications for pickup or delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and performing stock audits.
- Interact with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing issues and answer inquiries.
- Follow strict protocols regarding HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
Qualifications
