Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense and verify medications according to prescription orders and safety protocols
- Manage prescription processing workflow from intake to final dispensing
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling to patients
- Maintain precise inventory records and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
- Collaborate with pharmacists to optimize medication therapy management

Qualifications
- Active Kentucky Pharmacy Technician certification required
- Prior retail or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Background check and drug screening required
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
