Responsibilities
- Verify prescription orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and package medications for dispensing.
- Manage inventory levels and restock pharmaceutical supplies.
- Process insurance claims and handle payments.
- Assist pharmacists with medication therapy management.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
Qualifications
- Current PTCB or ExCPT certification.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician license.
