Responsibilities
- Accurately process and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Maintain proper inventory control and medication storage protocols
- Assist customers with prescription inquiries and OTC product recommendations
- Operate pharmacy dispensing technology and maintain patient records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and pharmacy safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior pharmacy experience necessary – training provided!
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn pharmacy systems
