- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with expertise and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to strict laboratory protocols

- Ensure all equipment is sterilized and calibrated to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and lab teams to expedite critical testing
- Provide patient education during blood draw procedures
Qualifications
- Current Hawaii Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in hospital or lab setting
- BLS/CPR certification from American Heart Association
- Proven ability to handle high-volume specimen collection
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions
- Proficiency in LIS (Laboratory Information Systems)
