- Perform accurate blood draws and specimen collection using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and label specimens following strict laboratory protocols
- Maintain precise patient records using electronic health record systems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict patient confidentiality
- Prepare and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies
- Provide compassionate patient education and support during procedures

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- Strong knowledge of venipuncture and capillary collection procedures
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Current CPR/BLS certification
