Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following strict aseptic protocols
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and equipment
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Train new staff on phlebotomy procedures and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent credential
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
