- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to strict laboratory protocols

- Verify patient identity and documentation prior to procedures
- Operate automated blood collection equipment efficiently

Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical blood draw experience
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross
