Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following strict protocols
- Process and label specimens for laboratory analysis
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations

- Operate and maintain phlebotomy equipment

Qualifications
- Active Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or AMT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid DC healthcare worker permit
