Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and specialized blood collection techniques
- Process and transport specimens to laboratory with strict adherence to protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems

- Provide patient education during specimen collection procedures
- Collaborate with clinical teams for seamless patient care coordination
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Phlebotomy Technician certification (PTCB or ASCP)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and CLIA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
