Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures accurately and safely
- Process and label specimens according to laboratory protocols
- Maintain sterile equipment and proper infection control standards
- Provide patient education and comfort during blood draw procedures
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation

Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- Strong venipuncture skills with diverse patient populations
- CPR/BLS certification from recognized provider
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
