Qualifications
- Active Louisiana Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Exceptional venipuncture skills with minimal callbacks
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and CLIA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
