- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures with precision
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA and CLIA standards
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood draw procedures
- Operate and maintain phlebotomy equipment and supplies
- Document patient information and test results accurately
- Collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams for seamless care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- Valid CPR certification
