Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to laboratory protocols
- Verify patient identity and maintain accurate documentation
- Operate and maintain phlebotomy equipment (provided by employer)
- Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team for seamless patient workflow

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in venipuncture
- Nebraska Phlebotomy Technician license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of laboratory information systems
