Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture procedures using provided advanced phlebotomy equipment
- Process and label specimens with precision using supplied collection kits
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood draws
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using provided tablet systems
- Adhere to OSHA protocols with supplied PPE and sanitization tools
- Collaborate with lab teams using integrated digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent credential
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience with venipuncture procedures
- Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently with provided electronic documentation systems
- Excellent patient communication and bedside manner skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided ergonomic equipment
