Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections using provided equipment
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory analysis
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy and professionalism
- Calibrate and maintain phlebotomy equipment as per protocols
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications
- Current Texas Phlebotomy Technician certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Proficient in venipuncture techniques and specimen handling
