- Perform venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen collection using provided equipment
- Ensure proper handling and labeling of blood samples
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols
- Process specimens for laboratory testing with provided tools
- Document patient information and test results accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team for seamless patient flow
Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- 1+ years of clinical experience
- Knowledge of OSHA and CLIA regulations
- Excellent venipuncture skills with minimal discomfort
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
