Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility using provided equipment (wheelchairs, walkers, transfer aids)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments using agency vehicles
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate with family members
- Support light housekeeping and errands to ensure client comfort
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment assistance
- Compassionate personality with patience and cultural sensitivity
- Clear background check and TB test results
- Basic computer skills for documentation
