Qualifications
- Current Maryland Phlebotomy Technician certification
- 1+ years clinical phlebotomy experience
- Expertise in evacuated tube systems and microcollection devices
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with specimen processing equipment
- Exceptional patient communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced medical environments
