- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision and patient comfort
- Process and label specimens according to clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with lab staff for efficient specimen handling

Qualifications
- Active Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Strong venipuncture skills in diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency for EMR systems
