Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and minimal patient discomfort
- Process and label specimens according to strict laboratory protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure proper handling and storage of blood samples and biohazard materials

Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician Certification (CPT or Phlebotomy I/II)
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience in hospital or lab setting

- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
