Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Process and handle specimens according to laboratory protocols
- Verify patient identity and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure equipment calibration and sterilization standards

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- CPR certification required

- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Valid Maryland driver's license preferred
