Responsibilities

- Collaborate with healthcare team for efficient patient flow
- Maintain inventory of collection supplies and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior phlebotomy experience necessary
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ohio driver's license for mobile collections (if applicable)
