Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws and specimen collection following strict protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and proper identification procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
- Process and label specimens for laboratory testing
- Collaborate with healthcare team for patient care
- Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies
Qualifications

- No prior phlebotomy experience required
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
