Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures following OSHA and CLIA standards
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain sterile equipment and infection control protocols
- Provide compassionate patient care and education during blood draws
- Document procedures in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
