Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture, capillary puncture, and microcollection procedures
- Process and label specimens accurately using CLIA-compliant protocols
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during blood draws
- Maintain sterile equipment and HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Operate centrifuges and automated analyzers
- Collaborate with laboratory and nursing staff

Qualifications
