Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections following strict protocols
- Process, label, and transport specimens accurately to the lab
- Maintain sterile equipment and ensure infection control compliance

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or NHA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
