Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on diverse patient populations
- Process, label, and transport specimens with 100% accuracy
- Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols
- Calibrate equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide exceptional patient care during high-volume procedures

Qualifications
- Active California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical phlebotomy experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
