Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and minimal patient discomfort
- Process and label specimens according to HIPAA protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures while maintaining compassionate bedside manner
- Operate and maintain phlebotomy equipment including centrifuges and analyzers
- Document patient data accurately in electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely specimen processing

Qualifications
- Current Arizona Phlebotomy Technician certification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification from recognized provider
