Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections following OSHA and HIPAA protocols
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide exceptional patient care while explaining procedures to diverse populations
- Maintain sterile equipment and organized workstations
- Collaborate with laboratory staff for timely sample processing

Qualifications
- Current Texas Phlebotomy Technician certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced healthcare setting
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
