Responsibilities
- Perform venipunctures and capillary blood collections with precision and care
- Process and label specimens accurately to ensure lab integrity

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, AMT, or NHA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent venipuncture skills for diverse patient populations
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume settings
- Valid CPR certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
