Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections with precision and patient comfort
- Process, label, and transport specimens following HIPAA and OSHA protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic documentation systems
- Assist in patient education regarding blood draw procedures
- Calibrate and maintain phlebotomy equipment

Qualifications
- Current Florida Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
