Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections for diagnostic testing
- Process and label specimens following strict laboratory protocols
- Verify patient identification and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Ensure proper specimen handling and transportation to labs
- Calibrate and maintain phlebotomy equipment

Qualifications
- Current Maryland Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
