Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws following strict protocols
- Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Maintain sterile equipment and infection control standards
- Patient education on procedures and specimen collection
- Electronic health record documentation and data entry
- Quality assurance and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for patient care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15-20 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
