Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and client progress in electronic health records
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and family members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
