Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Administer prescribed medications per care plan protocols
- Light housekeeping and errand management as needed
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate with care teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience with elderly/disabled clients
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
