Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision and care
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate effectively with family members
- Create a safe, supportive environment through companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client health immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certification
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean background check and drug-free
