Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs according to care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Companion care including engaging conversation and recreational activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate with family members and healthcare teams
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Light housekeeping tasks and organization of client living spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic computer skills for documentation
