Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor and document client health status and report changes to care team
- Administer medications and assist with mobility transfers using proper techniques
- Transport clients to appointments and errands ensuring safety and comfort
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities and emotional support
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe living environments
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about senior care and committed to client dignity
- Clear background check and drug screening required
