Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe living environment.
- Offer emotional support and companionship through conversation and social engagement.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the Care Coordinator immediately.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and community events as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and light cooking according to dietary restrictions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting patients.
- Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
