Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning based on dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and recreational activities.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with light errands such as grocery shopping.
- Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to the nursing supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification is highly desirable.
- Must possess a valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
