Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and daily living assistance (meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders)
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene with dignity
- Create engaging activities to promote cognitive and physical well-being
- Maintain detailed care plans and communicate with family members
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality

- Background check and TB test required
