Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Assist with mobility transfers using provided lift equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Administer medications per care plan
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Transport clients in company-provided vehicles
- Maintain clean, safe home environment
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team
Qualifications
- State-registered CNA or HHA certification
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds (equipment provided)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check & drug screening
- Experience with elderly care preferred
- Compassionate patient demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
