Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with mobility and transfers using provided equipment
- Monitor vital signs and document health changes
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain clean, safe home environments
- Engage clients in meaningful activities
Qualifications
- State of Nevada Nursing Assistant or Caregiver certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided equipment
- Fluent English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Las Vegas locations
- Passionate about elderly care with patience and empathy
