Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing and AI conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit implementations
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience with quantum algorithm development (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) with quantum integration
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
