Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for commercial deployment by 2026
- Design error-corrected qubit networks and quantum-classical hybrid interfaces
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Translate quantum hardware capabilities into enterprise-grade solutions
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS + 5 years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Strong background in quantum information theory and many-body physics
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
