Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum error correction systems for industrial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for optimization problems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development and validation
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning applications
- Pioneer quantum hardware-software co-design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum simulation frameworks
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Deep knowledge of quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting and ion-trap quantum hardware
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Exceptional ability to translate complex quantum concepts to stakeholders
