Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum architectures supporting 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Create quantum error correction protocols for mission-critical applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography, molecular modeling, and supply chain optimization
- Architect quantum cloud infrastructure with integrated classical HPC components
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen financial systems
- Mentor quantum engineering teams through complex system integration challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature Quantum, PRL)
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compiler design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware integration
- Track record of delivering enterprise quantum solutions in production environments
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) preferred
