Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for 2026-era applications
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum algorithm performance optimization
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological quantum computing and qubit stabilization
- Secure and maintain quantum network infrastructure with zero-trust architecture
- Author patents and publish research in leading quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with demonstrated breakthroughs
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
